Pay Per Call Marketplace

Run or participate in pay-per-call campaigns with CallScaler's marketplace.

How Pay Per Call works

CallScaler's Pay Per Call system has two sides:

- Advertisers run campaigns, approve publishers, route calls, and track margins.
- Publishers browse campaigns, apply, run traffic, and earn on qualified calls.

Advertisers manage everything in Pay Per Call. Publishers work from Browse Offers, My Campaigns, My Calls, and Earnings in the app.

Advertiser setup

To access the full PPC admin hub:

1. Open Pay Per Call.
2. Use the tabs: Overview, Buyers, Affiliates, Offers, Applications, Payouts, and Settings.
3. Create at least one offer in Offers so publishers can apply.

If your account does not include PPC admin access, the page shows an upgrade prompt instead of the tab interface.

Overview tab

The Overview tab is the PPC control dashboard. It includes:

- Revenue cards for Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, and Month-to-Date (your share).
- A date filter with presets and custom range.
- A stacked revenue chart (your share + publisher share).
- Top Publishers ranking for the selected date range, with pagination.

Use this tab to spot margin shifts before drilling into affiliate or offer details.

Create and publish offers

In the Offers tab:

1. Click Create Offer.
2. Choose a vertical.
3. Set payout range and minimum call duration.
4. Add coverage details (locations, countries, optional ZIP file).
5. Set status to Active when ready.

Each business can only have one listing per subcategory, so keep each offer focused.

Applications and approvals

When publishers apply, review them in Applications:

1. Open Applications in Pay Per Call.
2. Approve or reject each submission.
3. On approval, optionally assign a number and call flow.
4. Approved publishers are added to your Affiliates list automatically.

You can later edit status, number assignment, and call flow from the same workflow.

Approved applications default to active campaign status unless you suspend them.

Buyers and balances

Use Buyers to manage who receives billed PPC calls:

1. Add a buyer with name and email.
2. Adjust buyer balance for deposits or deductions.
3. Keep contact records current so payout and billing workflows stay clean.

Buyer balance changes are logged in PPC transactions.

Affiliates and campaign controls

Use Affiliates to manage active publishers:

- Assign or unassign numbers by affiliate.
- Trigger payouts to specific affiliates.
- Suspend or reactivate campaign status when traffic quality changes.

This is where you handle day-to-day publisher operations after approval.

Payouts and settings

In PPC admin:

- Payouts shows payout records and statuses for affiliates.
- Settings stores PPC defaults like payout schedule, minimum duration, minimum AI score, and email notification preferences.

Review these settings before scaling traffic volume.

Publisher onboarding

Publisher accounts start at Publisher signup. After login, the publisher sidebar includes:

- Overview
- Browse Offers
- My Campaigns
- My Calls
- Earnings

Start in Browse Offers, apply to campaigns, then run approved traffic from My Campaigns.

Publisher calls and earnings

Publishers track performance in:

- My Calls for per-call outcomes.
- Earnings for totals, breakdowns, and payout history.

Payout amounts depend on campaign qualification rules and your current account setup.

Marketplace browsing

The public marketplace lives at callscaler.com/marketplace. It lists active offers by category and subcategory, with payout range, call-length requirements, and campaign details.

Plan Requirements

Access is role-based:

- Advertisers: Need PPC-enabled plan access to use full PPC admin at /app/ppc.
- Publishers: Can sign up directly and use publisher routes for offers, campaigns, calls, and earnings.
- Standard app users: Can browse/apply via the free Pay Per Call Offers addon in Addons.

Rates and fees vary by account. Check live values in Settings → Billing.
