Data Retention
Extend the storage period for your call records, recordings, and transcriptions.
Default Retention
By default, CallScaler retains call records, recordings, and transcriptions for 90 days. After 90 days, recordings are deleted to free up storage.
Extended Retention
The Data Retention addon lets you keep your data for longer periods: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or 7 years. This is essential for businesses with compliance requirements or those who need historical data for long-term analysis.
What's Retained
The addon extends storage for:
- •Call recordings (audio files)
- •AI transcriptions and summaries
- •Call metadata (all log fields)
- •Voicemail recordings
- •Form submissions
