Account Setup
Configure your CallScaler account settings, profile, and preferences.
Your Profile
After signing up, head to Settings in the sidebar to customize your account. You can update your name, email address, and profile picture. Your profile information is visible to other team members in your business.
Email Reports
Set up scheduled email reports to get call tracking summaries delivered to your inbox. You can create daily, weekly, or monthly reports with the metrics that matter to you. Configure reports from the Email Reports section in Settings. Each report can be sent to multiple email addresses.
Theme Preferences
CallScaler supports two themes: Light and Dark. Switch between them using the theme toggle in the sidebar or top bar. Dark mode is the default and is easier on the eyes during long sessions.
