Account Setup
Configure your CallScaler account settings, profile, and preferences.
Your Profile
After signing up, open Settings (the gear icon in the top-right, or via the business switcher dropdown in the sidebar). The first tab — User Settings — is where you update your name, email address, profile picture, and time zone. Your profile information is visible to other team members in your business.

Time Zone
On the User Settings page, pick how times render across the app — Call Log, dashboards, exports, and call detail all follow this setting. Choose Use this browser's time zone (auto) for a single-device setup, or Set an account time zone if you want every login to render times in the same zone regardless of where you sign in from.
Email Reports
Email Reports are an addon — enable them from Addons → Email Reports. Once enabled, you can schedule daily, weekly, or monthly summaries of call tracking metrics delivered to one or more inboxes.
Theme Preferences
CallScaler supports two themes: Light and Dark. Switch between them using the theme toggle in the top bar. Light mode is the default; pick whichever your eyes prefer — the choice is remembered per browser.
