Understand how businesses work in CallScaler and how to set up your first one.

What is a Business?

In CallScaler, a "Business" is a workspace that contains all your tracking numbers, call flows, call logs, and settings. If you're a single business owner, you'll typically have one business. Agencies and multi-location companies can create multiple businesses to keep everything organized.

Creating a Business

When you first sign up, you'll be prompted to create your first business. Give it a descriptive name like "ABC Plumbing" or "Miami Office." You can always rename it later from Settings.

Switching Between Businesses

If you manage multiple businesses, use the business switcher dropdown at the top of the sidebar. Each business has its own numbers, call flows, users, and billing. This makes it easy to keep client accounts completely separate.

Multi-Business Plans
