Mark calls as qualified leads and track conversion quality across your campaigns.

What Are Qualified Calls?

A "qualified" call is one that represents a genuine lead or business opportunity, as opposed to wrong numbers, spam calls, or short hangups. CallScaler lets you mark calls as qualified manually or set automatic qualification rules.

Manual Qualification

In the Call Log, click on any call to open the detail view. Use the "Mark as Qualified" button to flag it as a legitimate lead. You can also assign a dollar value to the call for ROI calculations.

Automatic Qualification

Set rules to automatically qualify calls based on criteria like:

  • Minimum call duration: Calls over a certain length are qualified (e.g., 60 seconds)
  • AI score threshold: Only calls with an AI intelligence score above a certain value qualify
  • First-time caller: Only new callers qualify
  • Call was answered: Exclude missed calls and voicemails

Qualified Call Reporting

Filter your Call Log and Dashboard to show only qualified calls. This gives you a cleaner picture of actual lead generation performance. When paired with ad integrations, only qualified calls are reported as conversions to Google, Meta, or Microsoft.
