Disputes

Buyer-initiated dispute reviews and how the money reverses when one is approved.

How a dispute starts

Buyers can dispute a qualified call from their own call detail view — usually because the caller wasn't a real lead, the call was fraudulent, or the buyer feels the duration counter shouldn't have qualified. The dispute lands in your Disputes tab under /app/ppc with the buyer's reason attached.

Reviewing a dispute

Open the dispute to listen to the recording, read the transcript, and check the call's metadata. Approve the dispute to credit the buyer back and claw the payout back from the publisher; deny it to leave both sides unchanged. The publisher is notified either way.

When in doubt, listen to the first 30 seconds — most legitimate disputes are obvious from the caller's intent.
