White Labeling
Set up a branded client experience with your own domain, logo, and color settings.
Before you start
1. Go to Extensions and enable White Labeling.
2. Open White Label.
3. Decide which workspace will own white label settings for your account.
White Labeling is account-wide. If it is already enabled in another workspace, manage it there instead of enabling it again.
Add your domain
1. In White Label, enter a subdomain in the Custom Domain card (for example, app.youragency.com).
2. Create either a CNAME to wl.callscaler.com (recommended) or an A record to 3.148.159.220.
3. Click Save & Verify DNS after your DNS record is in place.
4. Wait for status to show connected with SSL active.
Most domains verify quickly, but DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours.

Set branding
Use the Branding section to control how your client-facing app looks:
- Brand Name: replaces CallScaler text in branded areas
- Support Email: shown to your users in help surfaces
- Brand Color: used for accent UI elements
- Logo and Favicon: used in login/app branding
Click Save Changes after updates.
Verify the client experience
1. Open your custom domain in a new browser tab.
2. Confirm the login screen shows your brand name, logo, and color.
3. Sign in and verify app branding is applied in the sidebar and header areas.
Billing and trial
White Labeling is $49/mo on Pro and Agency, with a 14-day free trial, then it renews from your account balance while active.
On the Pay Per Call plan, White Labeling is included free. The card shows Included with your plan instead of a price and enabling it never adds a charge — so a network can run the whole platform under its own brand as part of the subscription. Real-Time Bidding is included on that plan too.
For your current billing status, check Settings → Billing.
