Team Management

Add team members, assign roles, and manage permissions.

Inviting Users

Go to Users in the sidebar and click "Add User." Enter the team member's email address and set a temporary password. Choose their role (Admin, Manager, or Member). The new user can log in immediately.

Roles and Permissions

CallScaler has three permission levels:

  • Admin: Full access to everything including billing, settings, and user management
  • Manager: Can manage numbers, call flows, and view all reports. Cannot access billing or account settings.
  • Member: View-only access to call logs, reports, and the dashboard. Cannot modify configuration.

Removing Team Members

To remove a team member, go to the Users page and click the remove button next to their name. Their access is revoked immediately. All call data and history remain intact.
