Go to Numbers → Move Numbers and submit a port-in request. You'll need your current carrier's account number, PIN, and a recent bill. Upload a signed Letter of Authorization (LOA) and we handle the rest. Most ports complete in 7–14 business days and your numbers keep working with your current provider during the transfer.
Yes. Go to Numbers → Move Numbers → Port Out and submit a request. Your new provider will initiate the transfer on their end. There's a $10 per number port-out fee charged to your account balance. Numbers stay active until the port completes.
