How to setup white labeling on CallScaler

Step 1: Add an A Record to Your Domain

  1. Log in to your domain provider’s account (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap).
  2. Find the section where you can manage DNS or domain records (often called DNS settings or DNS management).
  3. Create a new A Record and set it as follows:
    • Hostname: Enter @ for your main domain, or specify a subdomain (e.g., calls).
    • Value: Set this to 192.211.52.34 (our server’s public IP address).
    • TTL: Leave as default (usually “Automatic” or 1 hour).

Step 2: Wait for DNS Propagation and SSL Setup

  1. Wait up to 24 hours for DNS changes to propagate. During this time, your domain will point to our server.
  2. Once propagation is complete, our team will install the SSL certificate, ensuring your domain displays as secure.

Note: DNS propagation times may vary depending on your provider.
